This blog is dedicated to my Sister-in-Law Christine Pieper. Today she lost her fight with ovarian cancer. She was a wonderful wife, friend, sister, daughter and aunt. She and her husband have three beautiful children who are going to miss her dearly. She was such a go getter. She loved life to the fullest. I wish I could have gotten to know her better. Chris' husband was in the Navy and they were able to travel abroad. In just the last 4yrs. her husband retired and they moved back to his home town in Colorado. She touched the lives of several people of all ages. She was always there if you needed her. She was the type of person who could tell you like it was and that is what I loved about Chris. She and I would like to sit and talk about neat ideas for crafts or just vent with each other about our husband's. (whom are brothers). Chris was so loving and she showed it every day of her life. Even when she was in the hospital, she felt bad if she was sleeping when we would stop by to say Hi. It is so hard to believe that she is gone and it will not sink in I am sure for a while. Like my sister said Chris had so much spunk and vinigar in her life. Chirs lived life every day like if this was to be your last day on earth.
Chrissy, I miss you so and I know you are not suffering anymore.
